KeyPlayers assistants train here for their work with North American businesses: practical courses, AI taught with privacy rules, and a graded final that earns a credential clients can check.

By the numbers
Counted live from the course library across all 18 programs, including the 13 that open on October 7.
The standard
The same rules apply to every trainee, in every school.
Every trainee starts with North American business operations, professional communication, security and safe AI use.
Client and personal details never go into an AI prompt, and every final includes a log of what AI did and what was checked.
A realistic case graded by a trainer against a written rubric. Critical mistakes fail it, whatever the score.
Programs are signed off before they open, by a CPA, lawyer or licensed practitioner where the work calls for one, and again every year.
Every credential has an ID anyone can check. It's valid for 12 months and renewed with a yearly update.
Schools and programs
Every assistant starts in the Foundation Year, then joins a program in one of our schools. 2 programs are open now and 13 more open on October 7, with 3 more soon after.
Where everyone starts
North American business operations, professional communication, security and safe AI use. Every trainee completes it before any school's programs.

Inside the courses
Real excerpts from the Academy's courses and finals, exactly as trainees and trainers see them.
During a remote shift, you receive a vendor bank-change email, a surprise MFA prompt, and an owner-style gift-card message. You later realize you entered your password on a lookalike sign-in page. A customer export is also stored in an unapproved personal folder.
Trainees download these once they sign in.
Which request belongs in stop-and-escalate?
Why: Credential and one-time-code requests are high-risk and require trusted-channel verification and escalation.
Suspicious email handled correctly and escalated by phone; data kept in Dotloop.
Automatic fail: Sending, forwarding or confirming wiring instructions or bank details.

Yes, the way the courses teach: you log where you used them and what you checked, and client or personal data never goes into an AI tool.
You get written feedback and a second attempt. If you think a result is wrong, you can ask for a review by a different trainer.
Every credential has an ID. Anyone can enter it on the verification page to see whether it's genuine and current.
12 months. After that the verification page shows it as expired until it's renewed, so a client always sees whether it's current.
The Training Manager reviews every program's content. Programs that touch tax and payroll also need a CPA's sign-off, and industry programs need a licensed or senior practitioner.
